5 Open rebuke is better than hidden love. Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Better is open rebuke than hidden love.
6 Better are the wounds of a friend, than the deceitful kisses of an enemy. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy. Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.
