7 brought the donkey and the colt, and put on them their garments, and set [Him] on them; They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on.
8 and the very great multitude spread their own garments in the way, and others were cutting branches from the trees, and were strewing in the way, Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.
9 and the multitudes who were going before, and who were following, were crying, saying, “Hosanna to the Son of David, blessed is He who is coming in the Name of the LORD; Hosanna in the highest!” And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
