20 And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, How did the fig tree immediately wither away? When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree wither at once?” When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” they asked.
21 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do what is done to the fig tree, but even if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea, it shall be done. And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen. Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.
22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
