1 And on His going forth out of the temple, one of His disciples says to Him, “Teacher, behold what stones and what buildings!” And as he came out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Look, Teacher, what wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!” As Jesus was leaving the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Look, Teacher! What massive stones! What magnificent buildings!”
2 And Jesus said to him,” “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone here shall be left upon a stone that shall not be thrown down.” And Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.” “Do you see all these great buildings?” replied Jesus. “Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”
