1 [“] If one’s offering is a peace offering and he offers an animal from the herd, whether male or female, he must present it without blemish before the LORD {YHWH}. “If his offering is a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offers an animal from the herd, male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD. “’If your offering is a fellowship offering, and you offer an animal from the herd, whether male or female, you are to present before the LORD an animal without defect.
2 He is to lay his hand on the head of the offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. Then Aaron’s (light bringer) sons the priests shall splatter the blood on all sides of the altar. And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall throw the blood against the sides of the altar. You are to lay your hand on the head of your offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the tent of meeting. Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash the blood against the sides of the altar.
3 From the peace offering he is to bring a food offering to the LORD {YHWH}: the fat that covers the entrails, all the fat that is on them, And from the sacrifice of the peace offering, as a food offering to the LORD, he shall offer the fat covering the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails, From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the LORD: the internal organs and all the fat that is connected to them,
4 both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he is to remove with the kidneys. and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys. both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys.
5 Then Aaron’s (light bringer) sons are to burn it on the altar atop the burnt offering that is on the burning wood, as a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD {YHWH}. Then Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar on top of the burnt offering, which is on the wood on the fire; it is a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the LORD. Then Aaron’s sons are to burn it on the altar on top of the burnt offering that is lying on the burning wood; it is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.
6 If, however, one’s peace offering to the LORD {YHWH} is from the flock, he must present a male or female without blemish. “If his offering for a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD is an animal from the flock, male or female, he shall offer it without blemish. “’If you offer an animal from the flock as a fellowship offering to the LORD, you are to offer a male or female without defect.
7 If he is presenting a lamb for his offering, he must present it before the LORD {YHWH}. If he offers a lamb for his offering, then he shall offer it before the LORD, If you offer a lamb, you are to present it before the LORD,
8 He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it in front of the Tent of Meeting.
