2 Therefore she runs and comes to Simon Peter and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and she says to them, “They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they laid Him!” So she ran and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.” So she came running to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one Jesus loved, and said, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they have put him!”
3 Therefore Peter and the other disciple went out and were coming to the tomb. So Peter went out with the other disciple, and they were going toward the tomb. So Peter and the other disciple started for the tomb.
4 And the two were running together, and the other disciple ran ahead faster than Peter and came to the tomb first. Both of them were running together, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. Both were running, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first.
