| 6 | וְהִנֵּה֙ שֶׁ֣בַע שִׁבֳּלִ֔ים דַּקּ֖וֹת וּשְׁדוּפֹ֣ת קָדִ֑ים צֹמְח֖וֹת אַחֲרֵיהֶֽן׃ | And behold, after them sprouted seven ears, thin and blighted by the east wind. | After them, seven other heads of grain sprouted—thin and scorched by the east wind. | |
| 7 | וַתִּבְלַ֙עְנָה֙ הַשִּׁבֳּלִ֣ים הַדַּקּ֔וֹת אֵ֚ת שֶׁ֣בַע הַֽשִּׁבֳּלִ֔ים הַבְּרִיא֖וֹת וְהַמְּלֵא֑וֹת וַיִּיקַ֥ץ פַּרְעֹ֖ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה חֲלֽוֹם׃ | And the thin ears swallowed up the seven plump, full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and behold, it was a dream. | The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven healthy, full heads. Then Pharaoh woke up; it had been a dream. | |
