| 21 | then you are to tell him, “We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. | then you shall say to your son, ‘We were Pharaoh’s slaves in Egypt. And the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. | Then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt; and the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand: | then you shall say to your son, ‘We were slaves to Pharaoh in Egypt, and the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. | tell him: “We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. |

| 23 | But He brought us out from there to lead us in and give us the land that He had sworn to our fathers. | And he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in and give us the land that he swore to give to our fathers. | And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers. | He brought us out of there in order to bring us in, to give us the land which He had sworn to our fathers.’ | But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land he promised on oath to our ancestors. |
| 24 | And the LORD commanded us to observe all these statutes and to fear the LORD our God, that we may always be prosperous and preserved, as we are to this day. | And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are this day. | And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day. | So the LORD commanded us to follow all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God for our own good always and for our survival, as it is today. | The LORD commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the LORD our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today. |
| 25 | And if we are careful to observe every one of these commandments before the LORD our God, as He has commanded us, then that will be our righteousness.” | And it will be righteousness for us, if we are careful to do all this commandment before the LORD our God, as he has commanded us.’ | And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us. | And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the LORD our God, just as He commanded us. | And if we are careful to obey all this law before the LORD our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.” |
