[This chapter is based on Acts 27; 28:1-10.] At last Paul was on his way to Rome. Twenty-Eighth Day that all God's People May Know the Holy Spirit
Many people have set out to write accounts about the events that have been fulfilled among us.
Dear brothers and sisters, I urge you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to join in my struggle by praying to God for me. Do this because of your love for me, given to you by the Holy Spirit.
You learned about the Good News from Epaphras, our beloved co-worker. He is Christ's faithful servant, and he is helping us on your behalf.
So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ.
That's why I work and struggle so hard, depending on Christ's mighty power that works within me.
I want you to know how much I have agonized for you and for the church at Laodicea, and for many other believers who have never met me personally.
I am also sending Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, one of your own people. He and Tychicus will tell you everything that's happening here.
