The Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done.

Duh Jahvin zahvati Samsona, i on goloruk raskida lava kao što se raskida jare; ali ne reče ni ocu ni majci što je učinio.

Und der Geist des HERRN geriet über ihn, und er zerriß ihn, wie man ein Böcklein zerreißt, und hatte doch gar nichts in seiner Hand. Und sagte es nicht an seinem Vater noch seiner Mutter, was er getan hatte.
