I swear by myself," declares the LORD, "that Bozrah will become a ruin and a curse, an object of horror and reproach; and all its towns will be in ruins forever."

For I have sworn by my own name," says the LORD, "that Bozrah will become an object of horror and a heap of ruins; it will be mocked and cursed. All its towns and villages will be desolate forever."

For I have sworn by myself, declares the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a horror, a taunt, a waste, and a curse, and all her cities shall be perpetual wastes.”

"For I have sworn by Myself," declares the LORD, "that Bozrah will become an object of horror, a reproach, a ruin and a curse; and all its cities will become perpetual ruins."

For by Myself I have sworn"--this is the LORD's declaration--"Bozrah will become a desolation, a disgrace, a ruin, and a curse, and all her cities will become ruins forever."

Indeed, I've sworn by myself," declares the LORD, "that Bozrah will become an object of horror and scorn, a waste, and an object of ridicule. All her towns will become perpetual ruins."

For I solemnly swear," says the LORD, "that Bozrah will become a pile of ruins. It will become an object of horror and ridicule, an example to be used in curses. All the towns around it will lie in ruins forever."

I take an oath on myself, declares the LORD, that Bozrah will become a pile of rubble. It will become something horrifying, ridiculed, ruined, and cursed. All its cities will lie in ruins permanently.

Jer samim se sobom zakleh - riječ je Jahvina: Bosra će postati ruglo i sramota, pustinja i prokletstvo; a svi njezini gradovi bit će vječne razvaline.

Eis, portanto, que juro por mim mesmo!”, afirma o SENHOR, “que Bozra ficará sob ruínas e completamente destruída; ele se tornará objeto de ridículo, humilhação, vergonha, desolação e desgraça, e todas as suas cidades serão amaldiçoadas e ficarão desertas para sempre!”

Pois por mim mesmo jurei, diz o Senhor, que Bozra servirá de objeto de espanto, de opróbrio, de ruína, e de maldição; e todas as suas cidades se tornarão em desolações perpétuas.
