Kad su kralju javili da je Jahve blagoslovio Obed-Edomovu obitelj i sav njegov posjed zbog Kovčega Božjeg, ode David i ponese Kovčeg Božji iz Obed-Edomove kuće gore u Davidov grad s velikim veseljem.
