Jeremiah Mahalu Kisula emerged as a faithful pastor and effective evangelist during a formative period for the Africa Inland Church in Tanzania. Known for steady doctrine, earnest prayer, and tireless preaching, he served congregations with a shepherd’s concern for souls and a firm confidence in the authority of Scripture. Kasamwa–Geita, Mwanza (A Turning Point in Local Leadership)

On August 11, 1960, Kisula moved to Kasamwa–Geita in the Mwanza region to begin service as the first African Director of the Africa Inland Church of Tanzania. Kasamwa and Geita, situated in northwestern Tanzania near Lake Victoria’s broader cultural and economic corridor, became a strategic base for oversight and encouragement.
