Isaiah 30:18
HEB: וְלָכֵ֞ן יְחַכֶּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ לַֽחֲנַנְכֶ֔ם
NAS: the LORD longs to be gracious
KJV: And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious
