Isaiah 14:16
HEB: רֹאֶ֙יךָ֙ אֵלֶ֣יךָ יַשְׁגִּ֔יחוּ אֵלֶ֖יךָ יִתְבּוֹנָ֑נוּ
NAS: Those who see you will gaze at you, They will ponder
KJV: They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, [and] consider
