HEB: דָּוִ֣יד אָבִ֑י וּבְיָדָ֥יו מִלֵּ֖א לֵאמֹֽר׃
NAS: and has fulfilled [it] with His hands, saying,
KJV: of Israel, who hath with his hands fulfilled
