Sirach 45:11
Good News Translation
the red yarn, spun by an expert; the precious stones with names engraved on them, mounted in a gold setting by a jeweler, placed on the breastpiece to remind the Lord of the twelve tribes of Israel.

with twisted crimson, the work of an artisan; with precious stones engraved like seals, in a setting of gold, the work of a jeweler, to commemorate in engraved letters each of the tribes of Israel;

Contemporary English Version
The breastpiece was decorated with red yarn, and it held the sacred items used in getting answers from God. On it were precious stones, set in finely worked gold and engraved with the names of Israel's twelve tribes.
