Then, if the great Lord is willing, he will be filled with understanding. He will pour out a stream of wise sayings, and give thanks to the Lord in prayer.

The great Lord may choose to give special understanding to a teacher's mind. Such teachers will pray and thank the Lord for the wise advice that they now can give.
