Sirach 20:21
Good News Translation
If a person is too poor to afford sin, he can rest without a guilty conscience.

One may be prevented from sinning by poverty; so when he rests he feels no remorse.

You may be too poor to commit some sins, but you can sleep at night with a clear conscience.
