Sirach 16:23
Good News Translation
Only someone with very little sense, and foolishly misguided, would think things like that.

Such are the thoughts of one devoid of understanding; a senseless and misguided person thinks foolishly.

That is how fools speak-- they cannot think straight and have no understanding.
