Good News Translation
"When you take a census of the men fit for military service, do not include the tribe of Levi.

New Revised Standard Version
Only the tribe of Levi you shall not enroll, and you shall not take a census of them with the other Israelites.

Contemporary English Version
When you count the Israelites, do not include those from the Levi tribe.
