2 Maccabees 5:13
Good News Translation
They murdered everyone--men and women, boys and girls; even babies were butchered.

Then there was massacre of young and old, destruction of boys, women, and children, and slaughter of young girls and infants.

Forty thousand men, women, children, and babies were killed in this slaughter that lasted for three days. Forty thousand more were sold as slaves.
