Learn — Good intentions are best kept secret. —

I.  UNTIL THEY ARE ASCERTAINED TO BE PRACTICABLE.

II.  UNTIL THEY CAN BE CARRIED OUT WITH DECISIVE ENERGY.

III.  FROM THOSE WHO ARE LIKELY TO OPPOSE THEM.

IV.  UNTIL THE CO-OPERATION ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS CAN RE RELIED ON.
