The fact that God calls converted sinners to preach His gospel. — 1. Pats the minister into moral sympathy with his hearers. 2. Exemplifies the power of God to execute His purposes. 3. Stimulates the study of Divine things.Application: The text — 1. Appeals to the worst of men. 2. Explains the vehemence and urgency of an earnest ministry. 3.
