Philippians 4:4-8 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.… The motive for a repetition of this exhortation lies in the immediately foregoing context. Those "whose names are in the book of life" may well have within their breasts, even now, the sweetness and the calm of their promised bliss.
