Esther 4:15-17 Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer,… There are two kinds of courage — the mere animal courage, which results from well-strung nerves, and is exerted by impulse rather than by reflection; and the moral courage, which, on a calm calculation of difficulties, and of the path of duty, will face the difficulties and prosecute the path of duty at any hazard, even at the risk of life itself.
