When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. Now when Daniel knew that the document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ When Daniel learned that the document had been signed, he went into his house. The windows in its upper room opened toward Jerusalem, and three times a day he got down on his knees, prayed, and gave thanks to his God, just as he had done before. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ When Daniel learned that the written document had been signed, he went to an upstairs room in his house that had windows opened facing Jerusalem.
