A large congregation had gathered from as far away as Lebo-hamath in the north and the Brook of Egypt in the south. Solomon and all Israel with him--a great assembly, from the entrance of Hamath to the Brook of Egypt--observed the festival at that time in the presence of the LORD our God, seven days, and seven more days--14 days. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ So Solomon observed the Festival of Tents at that time, as did all of Israel with him. A large assembly came up from as far away as Lebo-hamath and the Wadi of Egypt to appear in the presence of the LORD our God, not just for seven days, but for seven days after that, a total of fourteen days. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ At that time Solomon and all Israel with him celebrated a festival before the LORD our God for two entire weeks. This great assembly included people from all over the land, from Lebo Hamath in the north to the Brook of Egypt in the south. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ At that time Solomon and all Israel celebrated the Festival [of Booths].
