But some, through former association with idols, eat food as really offered to an idol, and their conscience, being weak, is defiled. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ However not all men have this knowledge; but some, being accustomed to the idol until now, eat food as if it were sacrificed to an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ However, not everyone has this knowledge. In fact, some have been so used to idolatry up until now that when they eat food offered to an idol, their conscience, being weak, is defiled. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ But not everyone has this knowledge. But this knowledge is not shared by all. And some, by being accustomed to idols in former times, eat this food as an idol sacrifice, and their conscience, because it is weak, is defiled. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ But not everyone knows this. Some people are so used to worshiping false gods that they believe they are eating food offered to a false god. So they feel guilty because their conscience is weak. ................................................................................   ................................................................................ But there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience about the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled. ................................................................................  ................................................................................
