Zechariah 5:1-4 ▼

1 And I turned and lifted up my eyes, and looked, and behold, a flying scroll.

2 And he said to me, “What are you seeing?” And I answered, “I am seeing a flying scroll. Its length is twenty by the cubit, and its width is ten by the cubit.”

3 And he said to me, “This is the curse that is going out over the face of all the earth. For everyone stealing, on this side according to it he will be cleaned out, and everyone swearing falsely, on this side according to it he will be cleaned out.

4 I will send it out, a declaration of YHWH of Hosts, and it will enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of the one swearing by My name for deception, and it will lodge in the midst of his house and will put an end to it and its timbers and its stones!”
