1 And YHWH spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 2 “Each man under his own standard, beside the emblems of the house of his father, the sons of Israel shall camp; some distance from the Tent of Meeting they shall camp. 3 And the ones camping on the east side, toward the rising of the sun, of the standard of the camp of Judah by their hosts: And the leader of the sons of Judah is Nahshon son of Amminadab, 4 and his host was numbered at four and seventy thousand and six hundred. 5 And the ones camping next to him are the tribe of Issachar, and the leader of the sons of Issachar is Nethanel son of Zuar. 6 And his army was numbered at four and fifty thousand and four hundred.
