2 The kyngdome of heauen is lyke vnto a man that was a kyng, which made a mariage for his sonne. 3 And sent foorth his seruauntes, to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they woulde not come. 4 Agayne, he sent foorth other seruauntes, saying: Tell them which are bidden, beholde, I haue prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fatlynges are kylled, and all thynges are redy: come vnto the mariage.
