Hosea 3:1-3 ▼

1 And YHWH said to me: “Again go, love a woman loved by by another and is committing adultery, according to the love of YHWH for the sons of Israel, and they are turning to other gods and are loving the cakes of raisins!”

2 And I bought her for myself with fifteen shekels of silver and a homer of barley and a lethech of barley.

3 And I said to her: “Many days you will dwell with me; you will not act like a prostitute, and you will not be unto a man; I also toward you.”
