7 And it came to pass after these things that the wife of his lord lifted up her eyes to Joseph, and she said, “Lie with me.” 8 And he refused, and said to the wife of his lord, “Behold, my lord has not known with me what is in the house, and all that he had he has put in my hand. 9 There is no one greater in this house than I, and he has not withheld from me anything except you, because you are his wife.
