10 This is the account of Shem (name). Two years after the flood, when Shem was 100 years old, he became the father of Arphaxad (I fail as the breast). 11 And after he had become the father of Arphaxad (I fail as the breast), Shem (name) lived 500 years and had other sons and daughters. 12 When Arphaxad (I fail as the breast) was 35 years old, he became the father of Shelah (sprout). 13 And after he had become the father of Shelah (sprout), Arphaxad (I fail as the breast) lived 403 years and had other sons and daughters.
