3 And He brought me there, and behold, a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, and He had a cord of flax in his hand, and a rod for measuring, and he was standing in the gateway.

4 And the man said to me: “Son of man, look with your eyes, and with your ears hear, and set your heart to all that I am going to show you; for that I might show it to you, you were brought here. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel!”

5 And behold, a wall on the outside of the temple all around, and in the hand of the man was a rod measuring six cubits, by a cubit and a handbreadth. And he measured the width of the structure, one rod, and the height, one rod.
