4 I will make your cities a ruin, and you will become a desolation. And you will know that I am YHWH. 5 Because there has been for you an ancient hatred and you have poured out the sons of Israel upon the hands of the sword at the time of their calamity, at the time of the iniquity of the end, 6 therefore, as I live, a declaration of the Lord YHWH, now unto blood I appoint you, and blood will pursue you; since you did not hate blood, blood will pursue you. 7 And I will make Mount Seir into an utter desolation, and I will cut off from it the one passing by and the one returning. 8 And I will fill its mountains with the slain. On your hills, and in your valleys, and in all your ravines, those slain by the sword will fall in them. 9 I will make you a desolation forever, and your cities will not be inhabited.
