22 When news of this reached the ears of the church {ekklēsias} in Jerusalem (city of peace), they sent Barnabas (son of encouragement) to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw the grace of God {Theou}, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to abide in the Lord {Kyriō} with all their hearts. 24 Barnabas was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit {Hagiou Pneumatos} and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord {Kyriō}.
