12 In the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa suffered from a foot disease. Even though he suffered greatly, he never sought the LORD, but instead looked to doctors. 13 As a result, in the forty-first year of his reign, Asa died, as had his ancestors, 2 Chronicles 16:12-13, Intl.
