8 In the twentieth year and sixth year of Asa king of Judah, Elah son of Baasha became king over Israel in Tirzah, two years. 9 And his servant Zimri conspired against him (commander of half of the chariots) and he was in Tirzah drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza, who was over the house in Tirzah. 10 And Zimri went in and struck him and killed him in the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and he reigned in his place. 1 Kings 16:8-10, Berean Literal Bible.
