13 Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who acquires understanding, Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding,
14 for she is more profitable than silver, and her gain is better than fine gold. for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold. for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire compares with her. She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her.
16 Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.
