8 He who plots evil will be called a schemer. Whoever plans to do evil will be called a schemer. Whoever plots evil will be known as a schemer.
9 A foolish scheme is sin, and a mocker is detestable to men. The devising of folly is sin, and the scoffer is an abomination to mankind. The schemes of folly are sin, and people detest a mocker.
