3 And the ones camping on the east side, toward the rising of the sun, of the standard of the camp of Judah by their hosts: And the leader of the sons of Judah is Nahshon son of Amminadab, Those to camp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah by their companies, the chief of the people of Judah being Nahshon the son of Amminadab, On the east, toward the sunrise, the divisions of the camp of Judah are to encamp under their standard. The leader of the people of Judah is Nahshon son of Amminadab.
4 and his host was numbered at four and seventy thousand and six hundred. his company as listed being 74,600. His division numbers 74,600.
5 And the ones camping next to him are the tribe of Issachar, and the leader of the sons of Issachar is Nethanel son of Zuar. 8 And his army was numbered at seven and fifty thousand and four hundred. his company as listed being 57,400. His division numbers 57,400.
9 All who were numbered of the forces with Judah were a hundred thousand and eighty thousand and six thousand and four hundred, according to their armies. They shall set out first. All those listed of the camp of Judah, by their companies, were 186,400. They shall set out first on the march. All the men assigned to the camp of Judah, according to their divisions, number 186,400. They will set out first.
