| 13 | Then Paul answered, What do ye, weeping and breaking my heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. | Then Paul answered, “What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be imprisoned but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.” | Then Paul answered, “Why are you weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.” | |
| 14 | And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done. | And since he would not be persuaded, we ceased and said, “Let the will of the Lord be done.” | When he would not be dissuaded, we gave up and said, “The Lord’s will be done.” | |
