Then were brought to Him little children, that He might lay His hands on them and pray. But when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. Then Jesus, seeing this, was much displeased, and calling them to Him, said to them, "Let the little children come to Me; hinder them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven--the kingdom of God. Verily I say to you, whosoever doth not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall surely not enter therein." And embracing them in His arms and laying His hands on them, He blessed them and departed thence.
