Wisdom 15:11
Good News Translation
because he never came to know the God who shaped him, who breathed into him an active soul and a living spirit.

because they failed to know the one who formed them and inspired them with active souls and breathed a living spirit into them.

because they don't know you, the God who formed their bodies, then filled them with a lively soul and breathed into them a living spirit.
