Sirach 42:17
Good News Translation
Not even to his holy angels has the Lord given power to describe all his mighty deeds, even though he has given them power to stand unharmed in his glorious presence.

The Lord has not empowered even his holy ones to recount all his marvelous works, which the Lord the Almighty has established so that the universe may stand firm in his glory.

Even his angels cannot explain everything he has done, because he wants all creation to show how great he is.
