Good News Translation
A drunken fool can lose his temper and hurt himself. His drinking makes him weak and an easy target for angry blows.

Drunkenness increases the anger of a fool to his own hurt, reducing his strength and adding wounds.

When fools are drunk, they become angry and fight, but their strength is gone, and so they get hurt.
