Sirach 28:19
Good News Translation
Count yourself lucky if you have been spared the experience of having irresponsible talk directed against you--if you have never had that iron yoke around your neck or those heavy chains on your legs.

Happy is the one who is protected from it, who has not been exposed to its anger, who has not borne its yoke, and has not been bound with its fetters.

You should be happy if you have never been attacked with lies and gossip, or felt them wrap around you
