Sirach 2:14
Good News Translation
Doom is sure to come for those who lose their hope. What will they do when the Lord comes to judge them?

Woe to you who have lost your nerve! What will you do when the Lord’s reckoning comes?

And if you give up, you will be in for trouble when the Lord decides to judge your life. *
